APIs and integrations
Systems integration start operating as a single flow
We integrate ERPs, databases, WhatsApp, equipment, and custom applications. When the bridge does not exist, we build the API. The goal is to stop copying data from one system to another.
The cost of isolated systems
A poorly done integration shows up as rework, wrong inventory, duplicate orders, and customer service that cannot see what finance already knows.
Conflicting data between sales and inventory
Catalog, order, and availability live in different databases, updated by hand.
WhatsApp is not integrated with the management system
The agent asks for data that is already in the ERP. The customer waits. The operation wastes time.
Each vendor delivers a different file
XML, spreadsheet, FTP, poorly documented API. Someone on the team becomes the “informal integrator.”
Field equipment is not integrated with the software
IoT, readers, EV charging stations, and collectors generate events the company's system ignores.
What we integrate
We build and operate specialized APIs: WhatsApp (send and receive), image and PDF storage and processing, product and inventory lookup, QR Code and barcodes, electronic signature, report generation, and data compression. We also integrate management systems, databases, custom applications, and equipment, including OCPP communication for EV charging stations.
A reliable integration requires authentication, queues, idempotency, execution logs, and proper handling when either system becomes unavailable.
Types of work
- Custom APIs for the company's process
- Integration across ERPs, CRMs, and databases
- WhatsApp Business API in the system flow
- Webhooks for near real-time events
- IoT and industrial or field equipment
- API hosting and production operations
How the integration goes live
Inventory the systems
What already exists, what is the source of truth, and what only duplicates records.
API contract
Payload, authentication, errors, and frequency. Before writing code, the agreement between systems.
Implement and test failure scenarios
The happy path is easy. We test timeouts, duplicates, and invalid data.
Operate
Add logging, monitoring, and a controlled way to replay failed events, supported by ongoing technical operations.
Who it is for
- Companies with two or more systems that should share the same records or orders
- Teams that need to expose or consume an API securely, not a script on someone's machine
- WhatsApp operations that need to read and write in the management system
- IoT, EV charging, or shop-floor projects that currently stop at a file
Direct answers
Do you only build REST APIs?
REST is the most common case. We also work with webhooks, queues, and whatever protocol the equipment requires, such as OCPP for EV charging stations.
Does the API stay on my infrastructure?
It can stay on SISNAWEB or on the server you contract. We configure it and, if you want, we operate it.
What if the other system has no API?
Then the work is finding a viable bridge: database, file, connector, or development on the side that can evolve. Not every legacy system integrates the same way.
Does this replace system development?
No. Integration solves conversation between parts. If the system is missing, the path is development. Often the two go together.
