AI agents
An AI agent that handles, qualifies, and hands off at the right time
SISNAWEB integrates AI agents into the customer service workflow, including WhatsApp, tags, queues, permissions, CRM records, and handoff to the team.
A scalable customer service operation
Initial contact often involves repeated questions and requests outside business hours. A properly configured agent handles these interactions and routes them to the team when necessary.
A high volume of WhatsApp conversations
Messages pile up after hours and at peak times. The first reply is late and the customer leaves.
The current chatbot only offers a menu
Nobody wants to press 1, 2, and 3 for everything. What is missing is natural language with business rules behind it.
Agent responses need to be recorded in the CRM
Without CRM, tags, and history, the smart conversation becomes a chat the operation cannot use.
Undefined rules for handoff to a human agent
Without a handoff rule, the agent either insists or gives up. Both extremes generate complaints.
How the agent works
We build customer-service agents and chatbots that understand the question, consult the allowed context, reply, and, when the rule requires it, route to an agent. This connects to SISNAWEB's customer-service CRM: multiple WhatsApp numbers, permissions, a virtual receptionist, and reports.
The agent is not a standalone product. It uses the same APIs, the same data policy, and the same channel the operation already has — including the official WhatsApp API, as a Meta Tech Provider.
What the agent can do
- First response and triage on WhatsApp
- Lead qualification with the company's criteria
- Lookup of policies, products, and hours
- Routing to a queue, department, or person
- CRM logging with tags and status
- Campaign support with more personalized messages
From design to operations
Map real conversations
We take the questions that already arrive, not an imaginary marketing script.
Define capabilities and limits
What the agent can state, what it should ask, and what it must never invent.
Connect to the channel and CRM
WhatsApp, queues, permissions, and history. Without that, the agent is only a prototype.
Tune with real conversations
Review failures, add new intents, and refine handoff rules using real production conversations.
Who it is for
- Companies with WhatsApp volume the team cannot cover with quality
- Sales teams that need to qualify leads before spending a seller's time
- Operations that already use or will use the SISNAWEB CRM
- Teams that tried a generic chatbot and saw that integration was missing
Direct answers
Does the agent replace human customer service?
No. It handles repetitive requests and contacts outside business hours, then transfers the conversation when a rule or the customer requires human assistance.
Do we need official WhatsApp?
For professional operations, yes. We work with the official API. SISNAWEB is a Meta Tech Provider.
Can we use it with the system we already have?
Yes, via API and webhooks. The agent can live in our CRM or talk to the company's system.
How do you avoid wrong answers?
We use a restricted knowledge base, clear instructions, explicit uncertainty handling, and human handoff. Customers are not exposed to an unrestricted model.
